It wasn't until I nearing the end of the onion that I remembered that I hadn't been able to cut an onion without crying before.I highly recommend this quality set of Japanese-style kitchen knives. From the packaging to the products themselves, they have over-delivered on quality! The knives cut like a dream. I would definitely buy more of their products in the future, and highly recommend!

I love the set. They are beautiful and the knives come sharp. The only thing I didn't like is they were packed unsheathed. While unpacking the possibility to get cut is higher than needed. I love the cloth roll bag and it's very easy to use.

My 20yr old son is getting into cooking. This set has all the looks as a professional set and is the perfect way to learn how to care for special things. He will be moving a lot in the next few years and the carry case was a major reason for this purchase. The set is eye catching and takes an edge well but with confidence.

I bought these for culinary school because they had all the knives i needed. Ive been using them daily and I'm really happy with them! Great price too. They do not come already sharpened. You'll need to sharpen them. I do really like the way they look and are comfortable to hold. Not too heavy.
