Kirkland Signature Ground Saigon Cinnamon, 10.7 Ounce

For some time, I had wondered what had happened to the cinnamon from my youth! I did not realise that there were different varieties or areas that had different tastes. There is no way that I will get though this large pot before it starts deteriorating, but it was worth the cost to have this wonderful smell and taste back in my cookery.

Good flavour, good quality. I use cinnamon in moussaka which I make on a regular basis and I would definitely buy this one again.
