Well made, silicone mat that has a good weight to it. This mat is not going anywhere once situated. It is a really good large size mat. The measurements and conersion charts etc, are clearly displayed. Has a lovely ridge to prevent ingredients overflowing. Used today first time. Wipes clean, rolls up and has a nice tie to keep it snug. Whats not to like about it.Well impressed.Yes would definitely recommend.

So I've been using this for a few weeks and it's done a whole lot better than I thought, especially when it comes to cutting dough. Nothing has even dented it or removed any of the white size guides etc off, I was worried my metal scraper or my biscuit cutter would end up slicing into it, but there's not a mark on it. It's really easy to clean with just a damp cloth, it doesn't slide easily off the counter, although I do have to fight it a bit with certain dough but it's no big deal, I do sprinkle flour to stop dough sticking as I wasn't sure how well it would do by itself but it's not too bad. Only issue is of the pasta dough is thin and I try to lift it then it clings to the mat a bit, but it's really not that bad. I'd definitely recommend this product, it's easy to store and clean, and it protects the counters from damage and culinary creations from sticking to it. Worth the money.

I almost did not purchase this mat due to the negative reviews of all sorts - the mat is BIG, love the different measurement all laid out and most of all the raised border which helps to prevent spillages/overflow. I mainly use this mat for bread making x4 2lb loafs a lot of dough, the dough will occasionally pick the mat up if its not oiled or floured enough.there were lots of comments about washing the mat i found it easier to soap the mat down on the table, clean wet cloth to wipe a couple of times and it drys really quickly.I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it - I gave it a 4 as i think it should have been dispatched rolled and not folded hence some folded crease. Luv it!

Love this, keeps worktop clean. having the measurements printed on the mat is great takes the guesswork out of rolling pastry. Very easy to wipe clean with soapy cloth and quick try with kitchen towel. Highly recommended

Excellent well worth the money, rule of thumb measure the depth of your kitchen counter work surface, 1st before ordering.It can be easily rolled up for storage, after washing and cleaning!
