When these arrived, my wife and I were blown away. The glazing is perfect and beautiful, the size is perfect, the sauce plates are very well made. Overall this set of bowls is way better than it needs to be at this price point. It's a great value. Also, it came incredibly well packaged.

Cute bowls
These are a little smaller than I expected but it is a good portion size. Who needs that much fried rice or ice cream anyway. These bowls are a little smaller than the classic ones at Japanese restaurants.
