I have been following Forrest for some years now and will highly recommend his books. Forrest is one of the highly advanced spiritual teachers I know in my quest on spiritual sadhana. The book is a very easy read and can help those who really want to advance their growth. Imagine being able to get into deep meditation nearly every time you practiced! This book will get you there. Forrest is one of the best yoga and meditation teachers out there and this book truly shows that. It is a wonderfully practical book that contains instructions that if followed will produce incredible results. There is no dogmatic baggage either. No matter which tradition you follow this book will yield transformative results for your meditation.

I would say to all aspiring Kriya Yogis : Beware! Forrest adds strange and unnecessary methods which are not original Kriya. I have been a Kriya disciple for over 20 years and have met and correspond with many Kriya teachers from different schools. I contacted Forrest after many emails which were not responded to then leaving messages on his YouTube videos and finally on his Patreon channel to which I got a response finally. Even after contact and payment for his lessons there was almost no correspondence or concern about my progress in Sadhana. While Roy Eugene Davis Was still alive I was fortunate to have a long correspondence with him and learned much from his CSA headquarters. He was always warm affectionate and concerned for the welfare of his students. Replying to questions asked sometimes within a few hours only. Similarly SRF And Yoga Niketan are much better and closer to the original Kriya. Forrest is too much on the intellectual plane still. But higher than the intellectual plane is the self. When someone is speaking from the Level of Self realization it is known and felt directly. In my opinion this is not the case with Forrest. In the words of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ : 'Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.'
