Excellent Quality Product, But I Question The Recommended Daily Dosage Issue!
To avoid any confusion as to the product description herein under review, the actual product description as posted by the seller on his Amazon marketing webpage is: BulkSupplements.com L-Citrulline Capsules - Citrulline Supplement, L-Citrulline 3000mg Capsules - Citrulline Pills, Gluten Free - 8 Capsules per Serving, 30-Day Supply, 240 Capsules.Price-point during this review: $19.94.A few relevant points about this latest vitamin supplement I've undertaken to review as part of my participation as a member in Amazon's Vine Voice reviewer program.1) The 'operative word' here is "Bulk" in this vendor's above Amazon marketing webpage product description. This product comes in an oversized bottle with a whopping 240 capsules. Accordingly, this seller also recommends that this rather voluminous supply is for a 30 day use-period. If you 'do-the-math', that equates to an absurd amount of 8 capsules of this product daily.IMO, from my experience with this supposed energy-elevating/ blood-flow stimulating vitamin from prior Amazon acquisitions, that recommendation/assertion borders on 'irresponsible' and totally unnecessary. The bottle deceptively states 3000mg (milligrams) 'per serving', but that's just another trick/ploy by a seller to imply that an individual capsule contains an unimaginable, absurd (and perhaps dangerous) quantity of this vitamin product when, in effect, it's 'secretly' comprised of the 8 individual capsules in one single consumption session. If you were to take the 8 capsules per day - - for a total consumption rate of the aforementioned 3000mg (8 capsules at 375mg each), I think I would recommend you consult with your physical before contemplating doing so. On the face of it, it would almost look like this seller is looking to expedite the bottle's full contents usage in an attempt to sell more of his product more quickly. As a long-time vitamin supplements user, I've never heard of any of the myriad amounts of products I've used ever come with such a huge (240 capsules) amount, that also lists a mere 30 days supply of intended usage inside the bottle. To me, that's a big 'red-flag' that bears some additional research and 'checking-out'. If, therefore, it indeed does turn out that 3000mg per day is not harmful, then I ask why can't a vendor lower the large amount of individual capsules by simply increasing the dosage amount in each capsule - - instead of arbitrarily recommending a humongous 8 pills of this stuff each day. My mouth needs every bit of available space to accommodate the other rather voluminous 'vitamin-cocktail-mix' I ingest every day...LOL!2) As I previously noted, I happen to be quite familiar with L-Citrulline supplements. I usually take it in conjunction with a typically-bundled pill/or capsule L-Arginine product - - which is an amino acid 'cousin' to L-Citrulline - - as they are quite symbiotic and work well in unison with each other. From my standpoint, L-Citrulline as a 'standalone' product has limited use, but in concert with L-Arginine, now that's its major functional combo in the vitamin-world...so much so that in fact, I would never consider taking L-Citrulline without the presence of the 'almighty' L-Arginine supplement (which is a well known and accepted major factor in the human body's cumulative production of nitric oxide). Together, they act as a major contributor to increased blood flow, thus reducing arterial wall-producing harmful plaque deposits, which in turn can be a significant cause of heart attacks.3) OK, so the seller states that this L-Citrulline product is a 'blood-flow stimulator'. But I steadfastly maintain that its purported blood movement-inducing capability is minimal without the presence of a significant amount of L-Arginine. You can check with any vitamin/health expert to confirm my assertion, and I'm sure my observation will be well borne out.4) It's no secret that vitamin and herbal supplements can be some of the most difficult items to review, as their effects are typically cumulative after a fairly extensive period of time. This is especially the case when someone, such as I, takes a full complement of supplements on a daily basis. But in this instance, since my obligatory daily consumption of the vital duo amino acid-mix is a fixture in my daily vitamin routine, it's been relatively easy to integrate this sole L-Citrulline product into my regimen. I can, with some degree of accuracy, state that I've found this product to be of a very high quality standard and would thus recommend it if your requirement calls for this type of vitamin product that contains only the L-Citrulline. Of note: Amazon does indeed sell copious amounts of the L-Arginine/L-Citrulline mixture. In fact, I usually purchase my requirements in this area from Amazon.5) I'm going to opt for a 4 stars review of this product-offering (which fundamentally means that the product's inherent quality value is 'top-notch'), but I feel compelled to dock 1 star from a perfect 5 stars rating as I feel I cannot overlook my above-mentioned critique re the enormous amount of the seller's-recommended daily consumption amount. I feel that this could possibly put some users at a health risk if so complied with.

Great brand! Great price!
These are a good brand and I feel confident that they aren't full of mystery substances. As for the actuve ingedient, it has the average amount and it seems to be fine. I don't have lab results or anything so I can't say for sure but I feel pretty good about them!

Not sure what they do
Don’t think they did anything to make me have energy. In fact, I was constipated. Cannot prove that it was because of these. Think we’ll just keep eating watermelon.Doesn’t seem to help with ED

Good for men's health
I picked up this supplement to add to the stack of others I take to help increase libido as an aging male. I've tried others like L-Arginine. This is supposed to work similarly, if not better. Excited to see how this helps. I plan too use this in half the dosage labeled on the bottle due to the other supplements I take. This should last 60 days for me. I feel like this is a good value. The pills are average in size when compared to other supplements and have zero odors or tastes, so they are easy to take.
