Wonderful mirror once I used it correctly.
I wanted to give this review information for the person who said the mirror doesn’t work unless plugged at all times, and I thought the same thing. I thought to myself what was the purpose of the battery compartment. So I went and bought some rechargeable batteries thinking that should solve the problem because I wanted to use the mirror in my closet and there is no outlet in the closest. So after I bought the rechargeable and I unplugged the cable all the way from the back and just used the batteries it came on. So I thought again to myself I believe it would work with the regular batteries if I unplugged the cable and sure enough it works. So the moral of the problem is you can use the batteries but be sure the plug is not also plugged to the back of the mirror at the same time. It is one or the other. I wanted to give this info because I look for similar help and didn’t see anyone mention this simple solution.

Very bright and just like pictures
I love this mirror it looks just as the picture but the cord that comes with it is a little short so I would purchase your own cord if is it not close to an outlet but over call it perfect for what I need I’m going to get one for my friends bday and it plenty bright aswell

Wish it was brighter
I like how large this mirror is and how sturdy the stand is. But I do wish it did not need to be plugged in to use, I wish it was chargeable. I also wish it would get brighter, but overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Great quality
Product is perfect for my 6 year old daughter who just got into doing make up for fun. The light is very bright and it’s a great size

So cute!
It is adorable. I love it and I haven't even plugged it in yet to use with the lighting. It just is the perfect size and it holds up easily and just looks so cute on my kitchen table where I use it every morning to put on my makeup or touch up my hair.

You're better off just getting a regular mirror because that's what this is.
The battery option honestly is pretty bad. It runs low so fast, after maybe two weeks of 10-minute usage a day (you do the math)! When the battery is low, the lighting starts out normal and then dims super low. I honestly barely use the dim feature because it's already dim enough as is! Unless you are in a pitch-black room, this has no actual lighting. The base is hardly accessible for jewelry either. Overall, it looks tacky and cheap. I have the cord option, but honestly, there's no difference with the battery. It just sucks up so much energy!! And for just a cheap little mirror.
