Better than the one that came with the dryer
I had to buy a replacement diffuser because the original broke, and it broke rather quickly. The original broke bc the magnet was weak and I kept accidentally knocking it off. This one is NOT like that one. It is SO MUCH BETTER. I almost didn’t buy it bc it received bad reviews. I even waited a very long time before reviewing it bc I wanted the review to be accurate. Trust me when I tell you: BUY IT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

It Fits

Not safe, will melt on high heat!
This melted the FIRST time I used it! It kept popping off and is freaking HOT! I burnt myself catching it before I noticed it was melting. The manufacturer didn't do enough product testing to see if the plastic could handle such a high temperature from blow dryers. Crazy!

Fits my laifen
Fits perfectly on my laifen hair dryer. Works well for diffusing my waves! I love that the attachment mechanism is magnetic which makes it easy to attach and remove. But it still feels securely attached when in place.

Terrible Magnet Strength - Decent Diffuser
I bought a Laifen hair dryer last year and figured out after that I do actually have some wave to my hair, so to encourage curls, I bought this.The magnet strength is terrible. The first time I used it, it popped off the dryer and got stuck in my hair, 3 times. I have 1B hair, so that was a bit impressive, if stupid. I have learned that I cannot use this diffuser with the "fingers" actually touching my scalp, because the diffuser will immediately disconnect from the dryer.Other than that, it works as expected and I enjoy my curly hair. But a stronger magnet is definitely needed on the next model.

Bought this to fit my dyson dupe hair dryer. W

It is NOT Strong
Too thin of a magnet line to hold onto the hair dryer. Meaning, you put it on and the air pushes it right off, and that's if you can keep it on long enough to even turn it on. It's not worth returning. If I can help one person, the angst and frustration, THAT will be my refund.And IF ANYONE writes a positive review, you must have a cheap hairdryer.
