Very pleased with the quality of this kit, both the bag material and the contents. This is similar to the one I received in a Stop the Bleed class. I ordered 4, and I'm glad I did.

This is an amazing kit to keep in your car, it has all the core items you’d want to have around if the worst happens.Grabbing this is a no brainer if you don’t currently have a kit if your vehicle. It’s compact and can save the life of yourself or someone else.

Came in handy for my dog after she got into a fight, had to wait a while for this to come in and it could include some more medical tape than it does.

This pack includes a tourniquet, splint, sterile 4" wide emergency bandage, gloves, a chest seal, reasonably sized wound dressings, sterile gauze packing for a bleeding puncture wound, good scissors and other things you might actually need from your car for a real emergency setting. You can add your own little things (aspirin, q-tips, antibiotic ointment, etc.) but remember the number of items in the pack you buy is less important than what the items actually are and how easily you can get to them. As I add additional important things that won't fit into this compact kit, like the CPR adult/child mask on order, and another elastic wrap, I'll transfer the most critical contents to a larger empty kit for the car, and this one will become my house 'owie bag' that furnishes comfort for the kinds of small injuries and irritations that are common at home.Note: the tourniquet included is not the official US military-approved NAR Cat-7. You may want to purchase that separately (also available on Amazon) for your kit so you can rely on its standards and quality if you ever have to use it. It costs more, but you may only get one chance to find out if the tourniquet you're carrying can be expected to save a life and not fail when it matters most.

Though kit did not arrive on time, it was an amazing purchase and I was so happy with it it negated it being a bit late. It had a great assortment of materials and they all were of quality for my use. Though a little bit big / bulky to carry it on a duty belt, it will work. It’s big enough for what’s needed which is more important than being compact.

Bag itself seems to be high quality and pretty rugged. Bag tears off from the MOLLE backing pad after you unbuckle it. Tourniquet seems to be a decent quality cat gen 7 clone (tourniquet included has the white windlass strap, and the genuine cat gen 7 (not included) has the gray strap. Only real differences seem to be a slightly longer windlass strap on the included tourniquet, which is useful for storing. Pack does have enough space to fit a second tourniquet next to the splint when reorganized some. Zippered pouch with small items like band-aids, athletic tape, and alcohol pads is a nice touch. Medical items seem to be high quality and are all individually sealed to keep them dry. I purchased for $45, definitely worth it.

includes all the basic needs for a med kitOne thing I hate about these kinds of kits is they have a bunch of items in them that are cheep versions of good tools to the point of being functionally useless. The only thing like that in this kit is the glow stick (glow stick far less functional than a flare).This was also one of the few kits that had a chest seal which is a major reason I purchased it. I does have one thing missing that I wish it had, and that is a CPR mask or membrane. Bag does hold a small pocket mask so I put one in there.
