A little hard to swallow as they are big capsules but work great

This is not a weight loss aid! But it is good for reducing the impact of a cheat meal if you are trying to stick to a low carb or keto diet. I've found this reduces bloating and blood sugar crashes after a starchy meal.

Did not work for me
I’m more than halfway to the bottle I saw no difference pill are big if I see any results at the end of the bottle I will change my review but so far it did not work for me and probabilities now are 20%
