My dogs love it
Very nice dog bed/ car seat for my dogs. It fit perfectly in the back seat of my X3. I can fit my two medium sized dogs perfectly for a short ride. It’s mostly used by my 34 pounds Dachshund /retriever mix and he loves it. It’s easy to remove and clean. The straps can be placed safely around the headrests, I added an additional dog seatbelt. It provides the right height for a medium sized dog to look outside the window. It’s more like a big foam bed, but it’s sturdy enough to hold a dog or two small dogs. I am very happy with this purchase. My dog can sleep comfortably during our long trips. Highly recommended.

We have tried EVERYTHING, the cheap cardboard ones my dogs chewed through, the hammock style they escape from, the bars…. Just no. These are awesome. Plush, sturdy, dogs LOVE them. They are the only thing they actually enjoy sitting in on a car ride. And the can be strapped in without being choked.

Very nice quality, but a bit too big perhaps
This seat is very large. It takes up more than one seat in the back of my F-150, and you have to squish it to get it into the front seat. Maybe in a small car it would work better because it could be wedged between the front and back seats. In my F-150 it would tip over if my dog moves too far forward. Giving it 4 stars because it is well constructed.

Chemical smell is bad.
Perfect size for my 16lb shorkie. We bought something very similar to this in gray for my husband’s jeep and could use it as soon as it fully expanded (no smell). This company offered it in cream to match the inside of my Infiniti suv. Love the color so that’s a plus! The smell on the other hand, not so much. I’ve taken it completely apart and it’s been on the deck airing out for 2 days and it’s just as chemically smelling as when I opened it. I’ll give it a couple more days but if that smell doesn’t go away (it’s in the foam) I’m returning it.
