I have thinning hair that doesn't grow because of menopause. About 4 months after taking this, I started noticing new hairs growing. It's also reasonably priced. It really does work if you take daily and consistently!

Great product! I purchased this to thicken up my thinning hair. It seems to be doing a great job as my hair is visibly thicker and healthier looking. I also use the minoxidil drops which I also like and find effective. Takes some time to see improvement, but it's worth it.

It seems fine but what do we really know that’s in our supplement capsules? Guess I could pay to have it analyzed by a high-end lab but I’m not going to do that. So to a point I have to have faith of what they tell me is in these capsules. 👊🏼😎

A lot of hair was coming out in my brush and that seems to have lessened, so I’m happy. My nails continue to be brittle and break low, though.

I will update when I see how well these work.I did want to post now though that it’s one capsule with a meal once a day. Before ordering I couldn’t find any information regarding the daily dosage.The capsule is easy to take also. Hope it works on my badly thinning hair. The unwanted gift I received from menopause :/

I haven't been taking this biotin vitamin long enough to know if it grows more hair. But it does have an unpleasant smell and aftertaste.
