It is lightweight, slim fit, and easy to move around inThe armour is set up in fish scale style, overlapping plates, which in would stop a knife being thrust at you, but not sure how it would protect from an upwards blow from a blade, but would deter most would be attackers, I have used it a few times, as a professional engineer, I have been put in some horrible situations, where people can become angry, and upset, not at me directly, but for what I stand for.Quality of stitching as great, and is good value for money, especially if it is needed to save a life.

Ive tested with a 40lb Bow, bounced off with both normal and hunting tips. Slight outer layer damage, plates are fine.Used a 135lb cobra adder repeating crossbow, 1 shot penetrated the chest and went about 1.5 inches out the other side. Failed test, but without the vest that same crossbow would go through you cleanly so still potentially life saving.Basic stabs with kitchen knives, rambo knives, pocket knives ect. All failed to penetrate, even directly down.A standard longsword penetrated both with a forwards thrust and a downwards thrust, whilst a sword called a ZK failed the same tests.All in all, well worth the money. It will stop basically anything people would have on the streets. Unless your going into battle this is an absolute bargain. It fits a bit bulky if worn under clothes but as someone who doesnt care i love it. You barely notice its there when you walk around, although i do recommend when you do the body strap lean forwards. Otherwise you will do it too tight and it will open when you lean forwards. I know this looks like im ****riding but as someone in england this is genuinely an amazing product and i could recommend it higher for the price.

This is not a stab vest I am sending it back already falling part it's not safe don't buy it

The media could not be loaded. I'm not a big man at all so this shouldn't have ripped how it has. I've only worn it a hand full of times and it's damaged. It's comfortable and doesn't look really obvious under a coat but it's not durable just to be worn which is obsurd

No protection for shoulders and neck.Heavier and more bulky than the one I’m used to..Hoping it is never needed..
