just what I was looking for
Most American recipes are in cups, which are poor measuring tools for baking. I wanted an easy conversion tool to get ounces/ML/g. This works perfectly. Now I can actually measure 3 cups of flour properly, and get the same consistency in my bread/cakes! Why do us Americans use such stupid units of measure in our home recipes? Yes, home. Commercial ones do use weight/volume..... It's not so difficult to buy a nice little electronic scale for the kitchen.
