Good taralli are hard to come by in little Rhode Island. I could tell they were worth buying by the photos and now I know they are worth buying again now that I’ve tasted them! I did accidentally order the whole wheat instead of regular in my haste to change my order from 1 lb to 2 lb but they are still very tasty.My order was wrapped with care for shipment inside and outside of the clam shell container. I also placed the order and received them in the mail within a couple days which was pleasantly unexpected. But if they take longer to ship for my next order, which likely won’t be too long from now, it’ll be worth the wait!! I really can’t believe these sat in my ‘Save for Later’ for this long before I purchased.

I tried several different brands of taralli on Amazon but my search stops here. This is the first I’ve seen of Whole Wheat taralli and it is now my favorite snack. The taralli came packaged in big deli containers so I keep one stationed on my kitchen counter. They satisfy that constant urge to snack during the colder months, but you don’t get the water retention that comes with eating salty items. The taralli are very filling so you don’t have to worry about over eating because you literally can’t fit more than a 5 at a time. You can tell they are made by hand because no two are pieces are exactly the same. Shipped from the east coast to the west coast and still taste like you just brought them home.

Not like other commercialized brand that with good crunch but less dense in texture, this was made using traditional way where the Taralli will first boil in water before bake. If you are looking for denser/harder type of crunchy texture which like I do, this is the one to go with. I tried 3 different flavors so far (natural olive, chili pepper, and whole wheat fennel) and I love all them!

Bought the wheat ones and they were too over done, hard as brick and no flavor ... some fennel seeds that you may taste or fall out... have bought before but probably won’t buy again ...

I keep ordering these delicious taralli - difficult to give it up even for trying to stay slim! The bakery is great, and the owners are responsible and care about the quality of their goods. A bit of an issue I once had was immediately addressed. Thank you, Frank and Sal and I will be back many more times.

Amazingly delicious. I order tons of these! No one else even comes close for taste, freshness, promptness, or packing. You keep making and I'll keep buying!!
