Presto! Gelcoat Rejuvenator Boat/RV Fiberglass Restoring Polymer with 100% UV Block

So far so good I used to do bodywork years ago and I was a little skeptical of this, but it seems like it’s a liquid clearcoat that rejuvenates the color. It applied very easily the only thing I noticed is that where I started after a couple hours it was still a little damp, and seem to be a little wet so I took my finger and rubbed it and smoothed it out. And everything looked great, just curious to see how long it lasts. If you notice on the back there was a dealer sticker that I took off with a heat gun it didn’t bring it all the way back to where it was but it sure looks a lot better. And it beats the hell out of having the whole thing re-gelcoated. And my boat is 25 years old.

Old boat shines again clean boat wipe on let dry then more coats. Looks great.

Dont waste your money. Will not last at all. I kinda thought I was wasting money but thought it might be worth a try to avoid wet sanding. My boat was not in bad shape, just needed a little help in spots. This looked great for a day. If you want a shiny gelcoat you have to put in the work and wet sand.

I don’t write reviews (like ever), but I wanted to share this one. I’ve searched for years for a product that would actually restore my oxidized boat dash. Boat is over 25 years old with original dash still in it. All of the products that I tried would either just be a shiny coat, or they would show minimal color restoration that lasted a few weeks at best. I’d given up several times on being able to find anything that would work.Found this product on Amazon, and I am still amazed at the result. You can see the before photos and the pics mid-application. The finished pic of the entire dash is after a 4 hour dry time in direct sun, and there’s been no degradation after a week being in that same sunlight. It worked so well on the dash, I decided to try it on the outside of the hull. Last pic shows the difference there, so we coated the entire hull with it.Hope this helps someone who was looking for something like this. It was a miracle worker for me!

Amazing product, I have buffed and waxed wet sanded and waxed. This is wipe on and walk away. If it lasts a year I'll do it again. Compare the second pic under the swim platform (ignore where trim tabs where) left is red right is white.

doesn't replace a buffer and good ole elbow work, basically just a oil that darkens the gelcoat.

One side of our RED travel trailer had a lot of uv damage. I tried sanding and polishing...and that lasted about 6 months. I applied Presto and got way better results...and after 4 months it hasn't changed. If I have to apply this twice a year it would be worth it...although it looks like maybe only once a year will do.Make sure to apply the product in the shade, not in the heat of the day. Have LOTS of paper towels available. What I did was apply the product to an area about 2'x2', using enough product so that it looked greasy. Right after finishing the 2x2 area, get a clean paper towel and work the product in until the greasy look goes away. It's very important not to skimp. Use enough product to cover completely, then buff/wipe off the excess.

I cannot use this product because it cures or hardens the second it is exposed to the sun, I spent $79.00 for 4oz s of a great product I can not use I would like to return it. is that possible??? Don Sefcik
