Loved this nozzle but after using it from July 2024 until November 3024, I went out today 4/13/25 and it is leaking at the bottom that screws into the water hose, I was so disappointed.Contacted the company 4/14/25 and explained the situation and they quickly shipped me a new combination copperhead nozzle and hose replacement. They were very prompt to reply and replace.

Lightweight and easy to handle.

The copper bullet expandable hose (50 feet) works as advertised in the commercial on TV and the internet. This did surprise me, as many products that i have bought as a result of a TV or internet ad turned out to be a disappointment. This hose is very lightweight, easy to use, expands/contracts fairly quickly, and does not want to kink. The fittings on both ends are of high quality. The hose rolls into a very small space for easy storage. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is that i wonder about the durability of the product, given how light and thin the hose is. Still, i would certainly recommend this particular brand of collapsable hose.

One hose at a time, I am replacing all my hoses. I love these. They are light, easy and work great. I love the nozzle! Keep your receipt. One of mine did spring a leak. They are under warranty for 5 years but you must have proof of purchase.

Hose is great - expands and contracts as advertised. The nozzle failed during the first season. Others have found the same problem. The inside of the nozzle leaks right at the little finger when you are holding it. It is a manufacturing defect. So I just got another nozzle (made in USA).

Like so many that fight with their garden hoses and have to deal with kinks, leaks, and the pita storage of garden hoses, I began to look and see if there was a better "mouse trap". I stumbled across these and I am so glad I did. When I was shopping them I was cautious about the manufacturer claims but thought, "Let me try one and see if they live up to the hype. I can always get another". Well I was a bit shook when I saw the small package a 50' hose and nozzle came in. I was thinking, "I'm probably going to have to return this because there is no way this light little will be able to do what my old hoses can do". I was so wrong. I took the hose outside and tightened it up on the supply faucet. When I turned the water one the hose began to get longer and longer until it was full of water. I opened the nozzle expecting the usual pop and spit you get from air into the hose. Imagine my surprise when that didn't happen. The reduced weight from what I was also a surprise compared to my old hose. This one was sooo much lighter and was so much easier to move around with. My final surprise came when I turned the water off and opened the nozzle. The hose began to shrink the water left the hose until it got back to the original size. The nozzle is also easy to operate with pressure on it. I have arthritis fingers and this was an additional surprise. My final thoughts about this hose concern its longevity but it will be a long time before I can comment on that. It you (like I was) are tired of fighting garden hoses and want something that is clearly "a better mouse trap", your only regret will be having waited so long to get one.

LOVE this hose as it is feaher light and works so well. Wish I had ordered a longer length and will probably order another one. You will never use another hose after having this hose!!

The hose works great. Expands and contracts, great space saver. The sprayer is garbage. It leaked within a couple days of usage and then broke completely off. Unfortunately, the doesn't really work right without the sprayer because not enough pressure builds up to get the hose to expand without the sprayer, and the water doesn't flow out nicely without the sprayer. It's more chaotic than in a regular hose. So, it's kinda important that they get the sprayer right...
