This is a vitamin so we know it’s not FDA tested or approved but I have to say these taste really wonderful. It’s nice these gummy’s. I’ve ordered every kind of vitamin they have now cause they taste so good hopefully it’s got the right vitamin and it helps me.

Unless your looking for a vegetarian alternative to fish oil, it's hard to recommend these gummies. They have a decent taste and they did not give my any issues with my stomach. I am questioning the validity of the ingredients and claims because I could not find any information outside of the Amazon listing for Lilicare. There are only certain types of algae that have omega 3 and I was interested to know what algae types were used in these gummies. Since they say everything in meticulously sourced, I thought for sure there would be a company website with more information. Supplements can vary in quality and validity so head caution with any supplements but more importantly when you can't find the company producing them.

Tasty, easy to use! This is a great way to get your supplements without having to swallow multiple capsules daily. I will continue to purchase these as needed.
