PLEASE READ!
This got reformulated!As you can see in the picture, the new bottle doesn't have the "CONTAINS NO:" section.The main difference what I can tell is the oil is only slightly fishy and the softgel is HARD. I personally don't have a problem with this as I'm still going to rate it 5 stars and have been taking these for a while. Just a heads up for those who may be allergic/dont eat those things that weren't included in the last formulation.

Omega fatty acids are extremely important for you
More than likely you are not getting enough omega fatty acids in your diet. On top of that what your eating might be impairing your ability to absorb what you are getting. Supplement with this.
