Great quality for such a competitively priced product
I am not much of a "connoisseur" of office chairs. However, I did decide on this one for it's price point based on recommendations from people who claim to be connoisseurs.Starting with assembly, which was incredibly easy, I had no hitches and the process took me less than half an hour. I did require an extra set of hands, but only to hold the seat steady when attaching the arms. I've never had such an easy time putting castors onto a desk chair as well. I was easily able to do it with one hand, by gripping the metal leg and using my thumb to push in the metal rod of the castor. I also thought it was a good idea to make the mounting points on the arms adjustable as well. Very pleased with the setup, was easy and quick. Now onto the product itself, I am pretty happy with it. It is quite comfortable, and incredibly adjustable. Seat cushion is a little stiff but that doesn't seem to be much of a bother for right now. Mesh backing feels good, and the headrest is very nice as well. I would recommend this product for anyone who doesnt want to drop an exorbitant amount of money on an office chair.

great height adjustment
The piston on my 2 year old chair failed so I bought this chair to replace it. Largely based on the number of 4 and 5 star reviews and a couple of video reviews by the same couple, who had been using the chair daily for over a year. All in all, I feel this chair is a great value for the money. Comfortable, well made, quality materials, easy to adjust, and really not at all bad looking.Over all very happy with no regrets over this purchase.High points:1) The seat height is very good. I'm of normal height but I prefer a higher seat position. This seat adjustment is very good with a substantial range. Found the perfect height immediately.2) The recline feature is easily adjusted to provide the right balance of upright support and ease of tilt-back. It holds position with the slightest amount of pressure. Great for relaxation.3) The head rest is very comfortable and falls at the right height...most of the time.4) The mesh back keeps me cool and comfortable.5) The arm adjustments, up / down, forward / back, inward twist / outward twist are easy and make it simple to find a comfortable position.6) the adjustable lumbar support is easy to adjust and really helps for long stints in the chair. Not so high points:1) The seat, while comfortable, can get warm. the fabric could be more breathable.2) I would love to be able to adjust the seat back up / down. It is comfortable, but seems to hit my back at a higher position than is ideal for me..3) Would like to be able to adjust the height of the headrest.4) would like to be able to adjust the height of the lumbar support. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone.

Great Chair for the Price
TLDR: Great chair for the price, highly recommend a few DIY fixes when assembling however.I have used the chair for the last three months, and can say for the price it's definitely a great chair. For about $130-$160 the chair has a lot of great features. The lumbar support is really nice and easy to adjust, the headrest is really good, the recline is easy to use and locks very nicely, the backrest feels really good and has not gotten loose on me, and the arm rests have a lot adjustability. I've known others who use chairs that are around $300-$500 and they say they actually prefer this one over theirs. There are a couple of problems I've had though. The seat can get uncomfortable, so I personally use a thin firm cushion that helps me sit in the chair for hours at a time. The recline on the chair is nice, however the adjustment for the force to sit back in the chair a bit more is quite difficult to use, and is not very intuitive on which direction is for strengthening the force for sitting back more, or lightening the load of it. The arm rests do have a fair bit of adjustability, however they do feel a bit too firm, and can cause some discomfort to my elbows at times. I do think adding a little bit extra padding from factory wouldn't add to the cost of manufacturing the chair very much, and if that is the case I would personally like some more padding in the arm rests. It's quite simple to assemble compared to other chairs I've had, however there are a few DIY fixes I highly recommend when assembling it. First, the cover that goes over where the chair legs and hydraulic lift for raising and lowering the chair meets will rattle a lot when moving the chair. What I did was use the foam from shipping, and cut a shape that will go on the underside of the cover so it does not rattle anymore. Second, after a month or so, I noticed a screw that had fallen off the chair, and the chair would creek a lot. When taking a look I noticed all the screws had backed out a considerable amount, and some were almost about to fall off as well. I ended up redoing all the screws with blue Loctite, and ever since all the screws have been firmly in place on the chair.Overall, even with a few complaints, the chair is definitely pretty good, and is great when factoring in the price. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an office chair in this price point.
