I love this stuff. The olive oil one is good. The tomatoes sauce one is tasty and the patte is very nice on its own but for a variety you can add ground chia or try cheese with the patte and your favorite cracker. I'm in it for the nutritional benefit here and that alone is a noticeable added value to my overall everyday health. I use this for the protein and to help me feel satiated. It does that.

Well for whatever reason I've recently developed a taste for sardines. Been sampling many products available locally in different stores. Several have failed passing the nose test. I am pleased with the quality and flavor in the sample pack so far. I've only eaten the pate which is actually very good.
