I have been taking both turmeric and ginger for years for their effects at fighting body inflammation. I like to take a Turmeric supplement to help support my joints which are pretty achy these days and it also seems to help with my hip that I'm going to have replaced next month. So far I have not noticed any aftertaste or side effects with this brand which sometimes can happen. I'm very pleased that the safety seal was substantial and in good condition which I cannot say for all vitamin supplements that I have gotten over the years. The code date expires in three years which is plenty of time and the only thing that I didn't like was that it does not say where it was manufactured anywhere on the bottle

These capsules are a very bright yellow, showing off all that turmeric inside. Dosage per day is 3 capsules, and the amount of each ingredient is easily divided by three so you can calculate very quickly to customize your preferred dosage. I have other multi vitamins and supplements that contain turmeric and pepper, so I will be cutting these to 1 per day, allowing me to stretch this bottle even longer. Bottle was sealed for safety, and the expiration date is February 2025, well over a year away. Good value, especially if you find that less than three each day works for you!

This supplement has the added benefit of ginger, curcuminoids & black pepper which also support anti aging and immune support. The recommended dosage is 3 capsules daily so this bottle supplies 40 days of supplements. My bottle arrived shrink wrapped and safety sealed with an expiration date of 02/2025. The capsules are mid sized and easy to swallow and I take these with a meal.
