If you're looking for a user friendly chrome book that is quick and easy to set up, then look no further. Speed seems to be pretty good, I do use this every day for surfing the internet, shopping, email and paying bills. As far as the battery goes, I get around 16 hours or more (I sometimes forget to shut it off) before having to recharge the battery.

The display isn’t top notch but it gets the job done and is quite large. I would recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for something that isn’t necessarily the best out there but will get the job done.

I looked at several PC reviews and opted for Chrome OS HP laptop. Quite frankly, I was weary of Microsoft and, most especially, Bing. I am not a computer expert but a consumer who uses the internet for shopping and accessing movies, TV, and music - very simple use. I also create various documents for personal use. I like the ease with which I can use Chrome - all the icon buttons that I need are on the task bar. Brilliant! Using a computer should never ever be fussy!

There are a few minor issues which resulted in me returning the HP Chromebook 15. Issues that were important to me, and may or may not be important to others. 1) The HP Chromebook 15 is not full HD. Since my previous Chromebook was full HD, the difference, although minor, was a bit disappointing. 2) The screen has a limited opening angle. For most people this probably isn't an issue, but for me, it was an annoyance. Due to where I mainly use the Chromebook - on a kitchen counter - I couldn't open the screen enough to obtain an optimal viewing angle of the screen. This was a deal breaker. I returned the HP, and purchased a Lenovo 3i Chromebook which solved both issues.Other than the 2 issues specific to my viewing situation, the HP Chromebook 15 was a fine Chromebook with a faster processor than the Lenovo.

This Chromebook earns a one-star review for one reason. The bluetooth will not pair with any devices. I have tried multiple ear buds and headphones. All my devices pair with my iPhone. None will connect with this crap laptop. I even bought a new pair of Beats. My brand new Beats will not pair with my brand new Chromebook.I think I need to return this laptop.

Bought it for my wife and she loves it. We are both in our 70's, but have owned computers since 1982.
