Microwave push button replacement Open Door Release Eject fits Kitchen-aid

This door switch replacement was a perfect fit for the Kitchenaid microwave. The door switch broke and microwave was running even when open. Replaced the switch and the problem is fixed! Saved us from replacing the whole microwave!

Extremely well made. Obviously heavier and stronger than the original. Perfect fit. Only drawback is its price but this replacement will very likely last the life of the appliance.

The button didn't fit my Kitchenaid microwave Model KMCC5015GSS1. It's very similar but the slope on the center shaft is reversed from the original button.

Not the exact same as the original. This one has a rough texture compared to the original button, which was smooth and shiny. However, more importantly, in the area that failed. This one seems to be more sturdy!

We still hd our old spring so it was easy , it has an up side so check a 180rotation before you force it

Its not the same size as expected. Runs small. But works and did the job

will work for us as you really have no choice , but wish it was as stated a true replacement.

This 3D Printed button is much mor substantial than the factory button which cracked on my KitchenAid microwave and several others belonging to friends.
