Exactly what they're supposed to be. I bought several packs to create these giant 6' flowers for my daughter's 1st birthday! Only thing I'll warn is each pack gives you colors that are EVER SO SLIGHTLY different. Like yes, you get purple in each but for someone reason the purples are SLIGHTLY different (this happened for a few colors). As an artist, I noticed, but maybe not as noticable to the average eye.
