Sorry, do not have a skin condition so I am only going by what I need to make my clothes smell nice for a few days.I only buy this not because it's cheaper than buying it in the shops, but it is cruelty free and that is my main reason why I buy Ecover fabric conditioner.It's quite a big size bottle and it does come secured and sealed in a strong plastic bag which is placed inside the box with brown parcel paper screwed up to protect it during delivery. It is effective at softening clothes and the fragrance is clean, natural and fresh. I love the smell of this conditioner throughout the whole wash cycle. I have an aversion to the cloying fragrances of the popular brands of fabric conditioner, so this is a repeat purchase that requires little contemplation.
