I go to the gym and train hard 5 days a week. I also run 25-30 miles a week with an average pace of 7:30 miles. I’m saying this not to brag to say Im someone who takes training seriously as it’s part of my job.After finishing this bottle, I have seen zero increase in any performance outside of my own diet and training regiment. There’s been no increase in recovery, no difference in sleep, or moods. This product and the majority of others mentioned in popular podcast has been complete snake oil. Be careful who you listen to, just because they’re on camera and in front of a microphone with a degree does not mean what they’re saying is true or proven.
