Russell Hobbs Cooker Hood
Looks and feels good. Loses points as the carbon filter needed to run the hood on recirculating is not supplied with the Cooker Hood and has to be sourced outside of Amazon. Be aware that the electric cable is supplied with a moulded plug. If you need to run the cable behind Kitchen units you will need to remove the fitted plug and replace it with a standard 3 pin plug. Runs well and does the job it should. Would recommend.

Good fit, quiet, works well.
This was a replacement for an old extractor fan that had died. It is an accurate fit for the 600mm aperture & comes fitted with a 13 amp plug top (which I removed, to use a fused spur) & about 1metre of mains cord. The fitting process can be awkward, but I overcame this by "spragging" it in place against the hob with two pieces of wood, whilst the securing screws were fitted.In operation it is reasonably quiet, effective & provides a good, if somewhat harsh down light from the LED built-in lamp.I like the glass visor, as it's not too big - my old one was bigger & a bit of a hazard.There was a minor bit of delivery bending to the grill on the front, but this was easily fixed & overall, for the price, I am happy with my purchase.

Amazing. Smells all gone.
I love this cooker hood. My son is autistic and I cook with a deep fat fryer every nite. Wow it completely removes the smell. I had to buy the carbon filters separately. You need to purchase round carbon filter. But it’s worth it.

Overall nice,budget and DIY friendly.
Ordered,and came in few days, installed in 1h (with beer in hand) time. Powerful,do its job. One star off because1- the hole for exhaust tube is bigger than standard 115mm2- they should include free carbon filter at least to see how it works fully.Overall good purchase.

Could be better
It works quite well now. However, I was a little disappointed that the product did not come with the Carbon filter as standard. My kitchen has no room for outdoor ventilation to be attached, therefore inconvenient to have to order it in before use.

Great item
Works great and not too noisy . Only a bit fiddly to fit because pre drilled screw holes were not in right place where our kitchen top cupboard came and had to drill to fix at back. Came well packed and nothing damaged . So far so good
