Too much play in the cable itself
Somehow there is so much play on this cable I need to move the shifter to 3 to engage D. After trying to adjust the cable, I can see there is an absurd amount of play in it.Not to mention having to drill eyelet to fit shifter.

Does NOT work on 700R4 with B&M Megashifter
First issue, pin hole on shifter side was too small and had to be drilled out to fit.Second, the outer sheath of the cable is larger than the B&M this was listed as equivelent to.The extra diameter allows the cable to "bunch up" when pushing and is excessive to where you don't get a 1st to 2nd shift!Megashifter hits 3rd when transmission goes to 2nd.Very frustrating installation and now will have to do it again with a actual 80605 B&M cable.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!
IT MIGHT BE OK FOR A 68 VW BEETLE. basically 1/8 inch minimum free end play. WILL NOT WORK for any shifter i know of- the casing is too big for the cable. returned.

Do not buy
Product is complete garbage. Doesn't fit shifter without drilling the eyelet open and once you get it on the shifter it bunches up in the sheath causing excessive slack. Useless product
