Be careful. My battery only lasted 4 months before it started to expand and pushed the back cover off the phone. Held a charge good in the beginning and continued on. But the fact that the battery became so bloated, I had to get rid of it.

The battery replacement kits includes a set of tools. The one thing missing is a set of small electronics tweezers. Some parts of the replacement process are hard to do without tweezers. They are pretty cheap to purchase ($5-$10) but will be worth it. Check out YouTube for how-to videos.My new battery has been working just fine for about a month now, no complaints.

When received, the battery appeared to be the exact same as the original. In reality it was, with the same Manufactured Date as the original. The battery is 3 years old and unused so it cells have already started to degrade even without use.Evidence is after installing the battery in the phone, the battery will look fine for a while but at random times drop power by 10% or more.Using a battery diagnostic app, the battery shows there are dead cells in the battery and will alwaysis report available power.I would recommend to avoid this battery.

The battery cable is too long and needs to be folded over at an odd angle. It also doesn't come with the adhesive tabs to remove the battery easily in the future so you need to move that over from the old battery. Battery life seems fine thus far. Better than my old battery but not as good as my oem pit of the box.

The first battery Amazon sent me was an Amazon return. The first customer probably returned it because the production date on it was from three years ago. I tried it in my phone. Total dud. Would not power on, would not take a charge. I bought another one. Production date on the second one was a month older than the first one, so three years and 1 month. The second battery does work, however doesn't hold a charge any longer than the 3 year old OEM battery it was replacing. Stuck with it now because it's in my phone. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

I loved this product it came fast in the mail nad was as described. Loved the tools provided to get the job done. Only thing I noticed that the switch that plugs on the the motherboard of the phone was about 1mm longer so I had to bent it slightly for it to fit snug. Other than that it's been a week and the battery is noticably longer lasting
