家では、トイプードルを2匹飼っています。素人ですがトリミングは妻が行っています。ダウンカーブのハサミは主に顎の下及びその他で使用するそうなのですが、今まで使っていたハサミは（10年以上は経っていると思われます。どちらかというと安物と思います）、ガタが来てしまっており、刃の清掃とネジ止めの増し締めを行いましたが、何回か繰り返さないと毛がうまく切れないとのことで、あまりワンちゃんと妻の双方に負担をかけるのも良くないし、新調を決意しました。本製品の購入の決め手は、きちんと鋼材名（440C ステンレススチール）が記載されていたことです。新品のハサミは安物でも最初は切れて当たり前で、どのくらい切れ味が維持できるかが肝です。今後の耐久性で評価が変わりますが、期待を込めて★４つにさせて頂きました。

トリマーをして20年くらい経ちますが昔に、カーブを友達に借りて使って見たところ私には、カーブは、無理だと思って、今まで高いお金を出して買ってまで使う勇気が出なかったのですがお値段もお手ごろで、このくらいのお値段だったらもし自分に合わないと思っても、やっぱりダメだったかと諦めつくなーと思い買ってみました実際使ってみて、仕上がりも満足する仕上がりになりました私には、合う品物になりました

Sharp, stylish, and pricey

Wonderfully sharp. Cuts Maine Coon matting with ease….just don’t nick the skin. I use them to cut top layers and eventually the matte will grow off the skin to be snipped off. Only downside- They have smallish finger holes to insert your thumb and finger. Just under 1” So anyone with thick digits will not find these comfortable.

I received these almost a year ago. They are great shears. I have used the set 5 times. During the last time using them I noticed the curved blades stop cutting. I tightened the screw thinking they make have loosened up, but no. I saw the points were crossing each other and then noticed the silencer was gone. So if the silencer, which is only suppose to be there to stop the noise, falls out the shears will not cut. I have searched high and low to try and figure out the mm of the silencer so I can replace it. Does anyone know if it is 2.5mm or 3mm? I don't have a calibrator.
