Fabulous Ketchup
Great customer service and wonderful product. I can't eat vinegar so this product is a slice of heaven as it uses acetic acid. As good, if not better, than Heinz!

The seals were all broken
I was super excited to find a ketchup that didn't have vinegar for my niece as she is intolerant, but when the package arrived there was ketchup all over the place. At first I thought it was a shipping error and that one of the bottles was damaged in transit but when I took the other bottles out to wash I found that none of the safety seals were actually sealed. They had all leaked ketchup. As I couldn't return the product I had to throw them all away. I'm not sure if this was just a bad batch or if this is a product fault.

Tastes as good as a name brand.
This ketchup was much cheaper than most name brands and is fructose free. It tastes great.

No ability to get a replacement for one bottle
Ordered a pack of four, one of the bottles was damaged and ketchup was every where. There was no ability to get a replacement.
