It definitely works muscle growth with in one to two weeks of hard work gardening I fell like I've got stronger and more power and feel less drained

Not sure if this is doing anything but I live in hope that it is, only time will tell.
Taste good, easy to take. The description says to take 2 gummies per day, but the label on the bottle advises 6, so this would only last 10 days, not 30, based on the instructions on the bottle. So the description on the product page is a bit misleading.

Good alternative to powders/tablets
Was looking for an alternative creatine supplement than the large tablets I usually take. Taste is good and no wierd aftertaste.
