This filing cabinet is perfect! It is sturdy, well-built, and seems to be high quality. The drawers smooth when pulling out and pushing back in. The top lock works for all 4 drawers. Putting it together was surprisingly a breeze. It came with detailed instructions that were very clear and super easy to follow. All of the parts were labeled and corresponded to the pictures in the instructions. It even comes with a screwdriver the fits the screw heads perfectly and soft hammer. I have bought a lot of things over the years that I need to put together and more often than not I am left to trying to figure out which part is which and trying to interpret pictures that don't make sense. But everything went super smooth when putting this together.

The file drawer is pretty sturdy. I was impressed.When unit arrived and during assembly, I discovered that one minor drawer rail was damaged, most likely in shipping. I immediately contacted seller. They responded almost immediately.They contacted me to send a replacement part and during the downtime that my business was suffering, the seller offered a replacement product. I gladly accepted. Very generous and gracious of the seller to accommodate my timeline to get my business back online.I cannot give these people higher marks for their customer service. Great product. Great service.

I was pretty excited to receive this equipment since I have many documents that need to be filed away neatly.The packaging was pretty good, so I will give them that. However, the instruction manual is not the greatest. It takes time to decipher what the pictures are saying and where what goes and in what direction it goes in or on. Had to use the video in conjunction with the manual just to piece things together as the steps get increasingly more confusing as you get closer to the finish line.The metal itself is alright, it's not anything to write home about. For the price point I would have expected something much sturdier but it's malleable enough that if I wanted to, I could easily bend it. Once it's all put together though it does become a little sturdier, but buyer beware.Now for the most absolutely frustrating part. After spending two hours putting this together, I go to put the drawers in, and they don't close all the way. I try every drawer, pick it all apart, put it back together again, loosen screws, straighten it all out and it still refuses to close. Gets in about 3/4 of the way and then jams every single time with every drawer.Needless to say, I wasted two hours of my life assembling and another hour disassembling it. Maybe my product is defective, I don't know but for the price point of spending near two hundred dollars I would have expected better. Buyer beware, for me this is absolute junk since it doesn't work as intended.

I really like this filing cabinet. The build quality is quite soilid and it works really well. The fit and finish was perfect. The parts lined up correctly and all the holes were drilled in the right spots. It does take considerable time to assemble because there are a lot of metal parts that need to be screwed together. Do not try assembling this item while drunk or high. Also, If you are an idiot and do not possess the ability to read technical papers and understand schemtic diagrams, then you should probably hire your next door neighbor's teen-ager to assemble this for for you.

size is not as large as anticipated, I should have paid more attention to the dimensions when ordering. It works, assembly required. The assembly video's show using a drill to assemble, I found that a power screwdriver made it way easier, due to the confined angles. Used that on the second cabinet and it went together much easier. Also when assembling the drawers, suggest popping the back panel in first (reverse order of the instructions) as this will stabilize the sides better when attaching the drawer front.Beware that this is not entirely enclosed, so things may fall out the bottom if not secure inside the drawer, and items left in the drawers may fall out when moving the cabinet (as in tranporting them).Bottom line, if you're looking for a heavy duty totally enclosed cabinet, this is not it. However, for basic use, it will work It is also a good height if you need to put office equipment on top (printer).

i purchased this filing cabinet because I needed 3 locking drawers. It was delivered totally unassembled but following instructions was simply. i put it together by myself and am pleased with the overall quality!

Filing cabinet difficult to put together. Bad instructions, video on how to put it together does not correspond to the model of filing cabinet received. Not sturdy. Would not buy again.

i thought it would have came assembled … my heart dropped at the site of a FLAT box for a 3-drawer file cabinet 😩 however, although very time consuming and somewhat taxing on my back, i couldnt be happier with the end product !!! it met my much needed expectation !!!
