Long life my....
Had it in a mirrored turntable that had a lego set on, lasted maybe 1.5 hours and wasn't even powerful enough to really turn it, had to give it a push. Got some different ones and working perfectly so definitely the batteries.

Doing what I wanted which was to make an outside light work and will have to see how they get on so can't score for longevity and certainly not for remote control. Pardon remote control !!! wots that there for.
