I know there isn't good science on these, but my PSA levels went down and these are not expensive, so I'm happy.

Good as Drugstore ones
It has gotten hard to find these in my local Drugstores. These appears to be just as good and are readily available through Amazon.

Lycopene Product Meltdown
I received this Carlyle Lycopene 120 softgels (20mG) and they are melted together in one solid chunk.Can Not be separated. I tried the method of putting in the refrigerator for a couple hours bit it did not help.Going to have to throw them out. They must have set in a hot truck or warehouse for a long time. Maybe they got wet.Item Is Not Returnable even though it is defective.Other reviews have the same issue.
