Helps soften the stool, but takes a couple days I think to see it working, wasn't as strong as others I've tried, but this one has ingredients to help with gut microbiome, and a lot of different strains which help with diversity in the gut, as someone who's taken antibiotics for 7 years in a row, I need things like this to build and repair my gut microbiome. So far so good, but has little effect, if any just softens my stool, thus helps with constipation.20 billion is okay, but I've used 30-40 billion before, which works faster. It is also not a good idea to keep taking this without breaks, let your gut flourish with different types of foods, fiber content especially, vegetables in salads, with apple cider vinegar with the mother, also helps gut microbiome, and digestion.

Got these to top up my regular probiotics and it has a similar blend but this one is much stronger. I've struggled with BioKult causing nausea in the past so as I am sensitive I actually split the capsules into smaller doses using empty capsules. They pack a heck of a lot in a capsule! I've certainly been feeling a bit more well but can't be sure if it down to these. They certainly haven't hurt and I suspect they have done a great job of helping to rebuild my gut microbiome after prolonged use of stomach acid lowering medication.I think you can get similar product for better value but these do contain some key probiotics that you often only get one or two of in a blend. So maybe they are worth the money it's hard to say. I have been taking probiotics for quite a few years now, I think they help my immune system and stop me feeling bloated and sluggish. I had not heard of the Nu Mind brand prior to receiving this product and have not used their products before. Each dose of the capsules contains 15 strains of good bacteria, with 20 billion CFU. The capsules are easy to swallow and did not cause any adverse effects the dosage advice is to take 1 capsule per day. I tend to take my supplements Monday to Friday, after eating and not at the same time as hot beverages (wait at least half an hour). Current selling price works out at £0.67 per day, if you take a 1 capsule dose, which is not good value when compared to some other brands available (with higher CFU!)

I ordered these as I have suffered horrendously with gut problems for over a decade now and after reading reviews on pro biotics I decided to take the plunge.First off these aren't cheap, they are currently listed at £19.99 for 30 capsules meaning they cost roughly 66pence per capsule.I also found these quite difficult to swallow, these aren't huge but at roughly 20mm x 8mm but they are larger than a lot of other capsules like paracetamol and ibuprofen, this meant that sadly I wasn't able to take these regularly enough to give a good review on the benefits of this product.Overall I can't recommend these.

I am regularly taking probiotics to support my digestive system. By listening to my body, I discovered that I am lactose and gluten intolerant. Now that have I cut this type of food from my diet; I feel much better.Some of the bacteria used in this supplement can be produced by using dairy, so I would presume that they are not dairy free. It would be really great to have more information about how the product and its ingredients are derived.The recommendation is to take one tablet a day, so this bottle of thirty tablets will last for a month. For the price of £19.99 (at the time of writing this review), this is a fairly standard price for this type of supplement.These tablets agree with me, and when taken with food, they seem to work well to support my digestive system. I am not taking them when on prolonged fasting.
