Definitely helps take away urges to snack and stay on track with your diet- willpower and healthy eating still required! Not sure this woks but the taste is nice. I didn’t particularly like how it dissolves in water and this makes it a bit unpleasant to see. I didn’t fill full while using it not lose weight.
