2nd UPDATE: while I'm very grateful to have been issued a full refund they offered to send me a carrier oil of my choice. I simply wanted the pumpkin seed oil. Ii got in the mail a couple days later (it was shipped very quickly!) And unfortunately the replacement pumpkin seed oil was also rancid. I'm really bummed because this WAS the best pumpkin seed oil on amazon. I've ordered 2 others from different sellers and brands and they don't compare. I really hope this issue is resolved. I can see from the reviews that many people got rancid oil.UPDATE: They reached out to me and refunded me the cost of the product offered to send me a free bottlw of carrier oil and i unfortunately couldn't return it because i opened it and dumped in with 50% avocado oil. They made it right 100% and ill be trying to purchase another pumpkin seed oil because ive bought it 15x and 1 time was rancid. I owe them another chance. It's usually a great product at an even better price and will make your hair so healthy. So guve em shot if you get a bum product they will take care of you so you've got nothing to lose folks.So I've used this oil with no issue for months now. I mix it 50/50 with avocado oil and soak my hair over night. No issues, until today. The oil is rancid. I've used this enough to know the color, texture, and most importantly the smell. This smelled like something I can't describe. Worst part is I put in my glass bottle and mixed it 50/50 with my other oil and then pit in my HAIR. rancid oil in my hair guys. The smell is awful I had to wash it twice. I'm so bummed because I can't return it on account of dumping half the bottle in another bottle with another oil. Idk if I'll buy this one again I will say I've purchased this probably 20 times or so and it was OK until today. So maybe still try it this is probably a fluke and I'm just out the $13 not the end of the world just disappointing and the smell in my hair is kind of a bummer I'm going to wash it again tomorrow lol. So while I do love this brand don't do what I did and dump it into another oil before smelling and checking the color because instead of brown mine was green sadly. So learn from me people smell before doing anything with it.

Love that this is REAL pumpkin seed oil. Most oils I have come across have been light in color. This pumpkin seed oil is a very dark green. I’ve made cold pressed pumpkin seed oil before so that dark green color made me happy. I’ll be using this in my hair oil. So far it’s relieved me of my itchy scalp. I’ll definitely purchase this oil again.

I see great heart growth with this oil! It seems to be helping to aid in thinking my hair, it doesn’t have much of a smell, and is lightweight, I would recommend mixing this with other oils to get full potential.

The Pumpkin Seed Oil arrived in good condition with an added flip top lid and pump dispenser. Also loved that the seller/manufacturer provided an expiration date and secured the product with a protective seal.

Started using this about a year ago and my hair is fuller, thicker and stronger. My daughter went all natural and she started using this on her scalp daily. After 2 years, Her hair went from shoulder length and is now down her to her tailbone. I wear my natural hair short now, it filled in my bald spots from wearing sew in weaves for 30 years. We have 3C-4B hair. We mix this with our other oils that we add to shampoo, conditioner and daily scalp treatments. It is dark green so I don’t recommend you sleeping on white or light pillow cases. I do wrap my hair at night and sleep on a black satin case. I also avoid using it the days I have to wear light collard shirts. It does wash out of cloths and sheets with hot water.

My hair naturally grows half an inch per month, the average rate of hair growth. This for sure grew my hair a full inch in one month. I do use other natural hair oils, but they help with thickness and strength, while the pumpkin seed oil truly made it grow faster. I mainly rub it into my scalp everyday and put the excess on my hair. I’ve taken it orally a few times, but it’s weird swallowing oil, especially with such a strong smell, so chug something immediately after if you’re gonna go that route lol. I’m honestly stunned haha buy it!
