Great product but arrived melted.
Great product, been buying for years. Ordered in summer in Florida and arrived totally melted! No fault of product nor shipper. Just beware if you order these in warmer climate it might not work out!

What more to say? Arrived, and only concern is always for freshness, but they were perfect, and gone of course!

Majority of the pieces are melted and broken. I would not buy this product here again.

The chocolates taste different from their original version in Europe..
Good chocolates but these american versions of it do not taste the same than the ones sold in Europe/Switzerland! I'm a little disappointed...Edit: Also, there are twice more hazelnut and milk chocolates than white and dark chocolates..

Expired.
I received expired chocolate.I really disappointed.I ordered 07/09/2024 but I got chocolate with expired date 06/30/2024.

Melted
The chocolates were melted. Was going to give them for a giftbut couldn't because of the condition they arrived in.
