Estriol is the weakest of the estrogens which makes it great to see effects on the skin applied topically and won’t affect your systemic estrogen levels, so it’s good to use as skincare. MCT Oil is great for the skin too. I've been taking 0.5 mg of oral bioidentical estradiol for a year, I recently ran out and thought I could take this product to tide me over until my next doctor's appointment, which I plan on starting again at the first of next year. Within 2 days of using this product I started having intense hot flashes even at the highest application amount two times a day. This product does not compare to pharmaceutical estrogen, which actually made me feel amazing and I had zero hot flashes on. This product is not effective at all in my opinion, and the tons of paperwork sent with it to blame on exoestrogens does not change the lackluster performance of the product itself. I am now using supplement hops extract powder twice a day to reduce hot flashes, which started working within a day. Take it from someone who's been on prescription estrogen and knows what that feels like; this product does not compare!

Ok a lot of people get distracted by the pamphlet that comes with the product and admittedly it’s a poorly designed information dump (it’s too much information in too small a font and horribly formatted….attention product owner, I’d be happy to help you redesign this product literature for free) BUT THE PRODUCT itself is GREAT. It’s all natural with no extra ingredients which I really appreciate. So many estrogen creams have other things that I do not want.For me it has been very effective. And it has improved my SLEEP QUALITY very noticeably. I have only been on it one month and will update this review as time passes. So, I can say, try it if you like all natural ingredients and you can ignore the product information insert, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
