My daughter loves them! Yes they are hard at first to get on. You need to twist them to the inside first, then they slide off fine. She says they are very comfortable. She’ll play two games a day and wear them all day and not complain. It’s compression style so they are meant to fit fight.

Have used G-Form shin-guards for several years myself and have really liked them. I purchased the pink set for my high school aged daughter and while she likes the shin-guards, her first wear left her legs pink. She soaked them to get the pink dye out, but it took several soakings to get it done. I guess maybe that's why the pink ones were so discounted.

Unfortunately, an updated review. Only used about half dozen times. Pink color is bleeding into socks and skin and “webbing” or texture is peeling off. Normally a top grade product. Have a different pair (same manufacturer) from 6 years ago my daughter uses 4 times a week and, except for a few loose threads, it is holding up better. Used for playing soccer. Well built and designed. The product does what it says it does. More form fitting and contours to shape of leg. Need to air dry it out each time to prevent bacteria and mold. Hand wash and hang dry for at least 24 hours or less if hanging in the sun indirectly.

These shin guards are so small that I had to pull them off my son’s legs. He is 11 years old, 5’ tall and skinny. I’ve purchased size Youth L/XL and they are too small. They look pretty good, they are light but very difficult to put on or take them off.
