Perfect when our hot water failed and we needed to heat the water for washing whilst the boiler was replaced. It worked exactly as described.

This boiler had a defective tap, when trying to run off hot water, the tap only allowed a certain amount of water out. According the the manufacturer, (on the phone, there was no mention in the instructions) this is normal and should allow about 1½ cups of water to run. This was not the case and the amount varied considerably, sometimes a little as ¼ of a cup. Also, draining off unused water meant repeatedly operating the tap.It did boil water however (45 minutes), hence the two stars.

Bought this , not to have tea in it , but to have constantly boiling water to make fishing bait with. I know sounds odd ,. but believe me it works .I really quality item that does just what it is supposed to do.
