It doesn’t support 5g WiFi and it is not mentioned anywhere. I tried everything but it didn’t work so I am returning it. Sad part of Amazon it wastes our time by sending replacement and then return. Please don’t buy this product

I have been using this approx 3.5-4 years now.In the first year, the mopping function stopped working and the service centre replaced the whole product under warranty as they couldn't repair it. The replacement is working fine till now without any issues.Pros:1. Incredible suction with the help of side brushes and main brush effectively does the job of vaccum cleaning2. Battery lasts approx 80 mins when using the robot at highest suction capacity3. Automatically returns to charging when 15% of battery is leftCons:1. Supports only 2.4GHz wifi band2. Mopping function is average as it leaves light marks while mopping (better to 1st clean thr whole house using only vaccum and then later do the mopping as it will leave less marks)3. Very poor after sales service4. Spare parts are not available anywhere. You will have to contact Service Centre only and parts will be costly.

Never buy this robot vaccum cleaner from realme. They have stopped the spares so after 1 year of warranty you don't get any spare. The battery last for one year so second year you don't get spare battery and live with the half dead battery for rest of the life. I use it everyday and I need to change the main rolling brush after 2 years which is not available as spare. More worse is only one service center in a state available in tamil nadu to service robot vaccum cleaner. So customer from other part of tamil nadu needs to visit chennai to service it every time . I have exchanged it and bought another robot vaccum cleaner from a stable and recognized brand. Stay away from realme robot vaccum cleaner.

You won’t get the accessories, Better not to buy from this company better go with another option all other company having accessories option except realme pls don't buy realme robot go with another option once you need to change the You won’t get it anywhere you just need to change whole robot that is the magic of realme robot

No parts available people - you gotta buy new one if battery fails. And trust me battery fails within an year.Choose a robo cleaner which has parts availability in India and specifically in your city.

Really worst service from realme and no response from customer care.my realme mop is idle from last 2 months just bcz of mopping kit not availblr anywhere to purchase including online or service center. Better go with Deebot or MI where u can get mopping kit in amazon.

Guys save u r money buy a MI or other robo as Realme guys are horrible to deal with, no spares are available and after a year you will have a non working unit.non existent tech support.
