It's made from durable quality materials and has a minimalist, simple design that will fit perfectly in either a modern or traditional kitchen or even a bathroom. The soap dispenser is easy to refill with the 3-inch dispenser, and the pump action is smooth and reliable, never dispensing too much, and never too little, each time. It's a great space saver keeping countertops clear and organized. Though it costs a bit more than basic models, it’s an investment worth making since it’s also well-designed and functional. It doesn’t come with an app/supporting hardware but I use it with The Moen S7235E2NL Sinema Smart Faucet.

UPDATE: reached out to CS and they sent a replacement nozzle. The new one looks and works great. Hopefully the other one was just a dud.We've had this faucet installed for less than two years and the finish on the plastic part is flaking off at the top of the nozzle. The sprayer also get stuck between stream and spray so we have to turn the water on and off to get it to go back again. Overall it's really pretty, but not the quality I would expect from such an expensive faucet. Super disappointed.

This is a beautiful kitchen faucet. Loved everything about it. The polished nickel finish was gorgeous but sadly, just not the right color in my new kitchen, so I had to return it. If they had a champagne bronze color like Delta, I would have gone with Hansgrohe for everything. Do not hesitate to purchase this. It was highly recommended by our plumber.

Love the faucet, took a chance with black to match my black granite and was very pleasantly surprised at how amazing it looks. Also works great easy to install , no problems at all. Not the cheapest faucet but certainly the prettiest!
