For a time this product was great and worked has advertised.Unfortunately Samsung sold or changed the company and little by little they destroyed the camera's value. They removed functionalities and are pushing / forcing the consumers into their subscription model.For instance, now you have to have a tablet or smartphone to access your camera's. Your computer web access and direct (through lan) access have been disabled. The same goes to your ability to download the images / video from the camera to your computer's hard drive.When I bought this camera's I expected then to be up and running for years. Now, instead of expanding I will probably need to start thinking in changing it all together (or allow this new company to push their cloud service on me - since we really want the camera's linked to our laptop or desktop computer).I final word for the lack off information regarding this changes. You have to guess what happened when something stopped working and then go to the web looking for other clients comments to understand it.Hope this helps future clients to consider their options.

Brilliant smart PoE camera, as you would expect from Samsung.Crystal clear footage and you can select movement zones so you receive alerts if movement is detected within one of these three zones- very helpful if you want to avoid receiving an alert every time a car drives past!
