Cracked screen book3 pro
Under 10 months of usage, without dropping, there is a crack on the screen. Shocked to see the crack after just opening the lid. Very fragile screen and utter waste product. After being so much expensive, is it really worth buying this laptop? I'm moving away from samsung altogether even from their phones and tab! extremely disappointed with them.

Too expensive for a laptop without dedicated Graphics
Too expensive for a laptop without a dedicated graphics card. A macbook 15 is a better at this price range

Touchpad has serious issues
Completely useless touchpad. Its not responding many times. It does random clicks.Absolutely unsusable.And I received the laptop today afternoon. I contacted amazon in evening. They want to install servify app which cannot detect the issue (Because its not designed to detect these kind of issues). And amazon Cant help.Seems 1.3 lakhs gone.Thankyou amazon for this amazing customer service

Poor battery, faulty touchpad, very erratic laptop.
I bought it from samsung's own website and this laptop has issues with it's battery, battery backup is not very good. It lasts around 3-3.5 hrs. It's touchpad area is so big, it leads to addental clicks. I turned the touchpad off for few days and then when I turned it back on, it stopped working, you can click on things but you can't move your cursor with touch pad.I have a lg gram i7 11th gen and I must say it's far better than samsung. It gives me a backup of around 8 hours. I did a side by side comparison and testing to check battery performance and above mentioned hours were the result.

Not a single service center in Maharashtra. Online support is useless.
Only worked for 1 day after purchase. Screen gone blank. More than a month now. No solution till now. Online support useless.
