I have bought Neolux before with no issues so hopefully these will last too. Good value.
Some bulbs just don't last but having had Neolux before and no issues I went for these and 2 and a half months on with a fair amount of night use there are no problems so far. Early days but quietly confident that they will prove good value.

Cheap Bulb, does the job, poor packaging.
The bulb was a great replacement, it served a much better, and cheaper alternative to buying a pricey bulb kit from a supermarket. The bulb worked fine and is a proprietary part so fits most new vehicles. Installation is easy. Only gripe was the packaging, the bulb had become loose in the brown envelope. Fortunately didn't get damaged but wouldn't be too surprised if it were to happen to someone in the future.

Quality spares.
Haven't fitted them yet but great to have spares when they're on offer at fantastically low prices. By reputation these are OE quality and be aware that standard output bulbs like these will have a much longer life than extra bright ones (it's a trade-off). Changing bulbs on modern cars is often a difficult job so you don't want to be doing it any more often than necessary. If you don't do a lot of night driving on unlit roads you probably don't need anything brighter anyway. Always replace bulbs in pairs so they match and if one has gone the other peobably doesn't have much longer to go. Alignment should always be checked after changing bulbs (basic alignment can often be done against a garge door or similar.

Bright and cheap
On way home from school run and headlight decided to flash up on dash saying dipped beam failure.Looked at other car maintenance shops locally but at £7 per bulb it was a little expensive. My headlights are on every drive day or night so get used a lot but noticed these were not only cheaper but brighter than the ring original ones.Ordered on prime for same day and fitted before afternoon school run. Wow, I can say this… I saved money which always pleases the wife, and they are brighter than the old ones but not blue tiny like others so give crisp clean light at a fraction of the ones in Halfords.Definitely would recommend these and I plan to buy another two (always replace headlight bulbs in pairs) for the event they go again when it’s colder weather.
