Purchased for my wife. I don't know how they can make any money from an ebike of this quality at a 1k price point. It came with the professional grade assembly tools and even a small bottle of touch up paint. The bike looks and feels quality built. Nice paint, sold feeling frame, great braking, impressive suspension, smooth ride. I've never really needed instructions on how to put things like this together and I think for most mechanically inclined people also won't need it. In saying that the instructions are a 6/10 for the not so mechanically inclined. Tip: Be sure to cute the packing strap that is compressing the front brake lever before trying to install the front wheel. The max speed I was able to get it to was 20mph there may be a way to unlock this in the instructions but this is the way it comes stock. For my wife it's plenty fast enough. One minor issue is the seat isn't comfortable but that can easily be changed. The more major issue is the assisted speed setting. Level 1 is roughly 7mph lvl 2 is almost 14mph and there are 5 levels. For my wife lvl 1 is a little too slow and level 2 is way too fast (for her) The company needs to adjust this. She still likes it and has no desire to return it. It's something adjust to. Overall I'll give it a 8.5 out of 10. -1.5 Mainly over the big gap in speeds via assisted peddling modes.

Great bike for the price. I use my bike for everything now instead of driving my truck, battery lasts for days and if you unlock it, it goes 30 mph. Suspension is okay but it rattles a bit much. Brakes work good enough for me, I'm 180 lbs and still stops on a dime if I have to. If you need a ebike that doesn't cost an arm, this one is fine, even rides great just pedaling. Great grocery getter.

Initial reaction after a couple days.Shipping:came 3 days later than quoted, but this was FedEx fault, not Seller.Packaging:Best I’ve ever seen, every piece meticulously wrapped, secure, and well cushioned.Assembly:All tools needed are included (other than you might need a pair of pliers and a small piece of rubber to squeeze axle to allow you to loosen axle nuts to install wheel). Excellent instructions ( BTW, front fender is packed above rear fender). 45 min job done at a leisurely pace. Anyone with very basic hand tool skills should have no problem assembling. Don’t squeeze brake handle once you’ve pulled out brake pad spacer until wheel is installed.Charging:Came 80% charged, Charger decent quality.First ride:Even on lowest pedal assist, assist is strong. Very solid, stable. Excellent Brakes and suspension. I’m 200 LB and I an satisfied with its ability to take off on a hill. It’s heavy, but you don’t notice weight while in motion. Headlight is very bright. Color display is bright, controls intuitive.TBC: I’ll do my best to remember to report back after some time & usage.All in all, very satisfied with the bike so far. I won’t recommend for shorter riders. This is a big, full sized bike. Came with some nice accessories like tool kit, bike lock, touch up paint.Available add ons, front or rear basket, back rest for second rider, rear foot pegs, has mounts for water bottle holder or storage container. I plan to model & 3D print a storage container/water bottle holder to mount on main frame.God bless,Casey

Excellant product, absolutely love it. Assembly is simple and easy with one note, tool kit does not have proper wrench for front axle nut. Frame is light weight yet very stiff and solid. Welds look great on frame, even the optional baskets are quality. Suspension and big tires make for smooth ride. Motor is very strong and surprisingly quiet. I only have one complaint. The included manual gives very basic instructions for the computer display. There are quite a few menus you can access but without instruction your are blind. The manual does have a YouTube link but it is marked private, so it's useless. I'm not concerned about unlocking my top speed but I do want to know about adjusting every setting in the menu. Fucare should include this in the manual.Yes, I would recommend this bike to a friend. Fucare is quick to respond and makes a quality product.

The bike arrived missing a few parts; however, Cici & team were extremely responsive and supportive in getting us the missing parts. The bike is up and running. It's easy to use & ride, and is a BLAST to ride!!!! Thanks for your help, Cici!!!
