It’s cheaper than the norm because the expiration date is only a few months away, Sept 2025. I have a new box that I bought at the store and the expiration is August 2026. I can finish the box by this September. However, it does taste much more stale than if it was newer. The color of the ‘frosting’ had turned a greenish blue as opposed to the normal chocolate color.Update as of May 20, 2025: the seller reached out to me. They apologized and offered me a full refund and they hope I will give them another chance—which I will because they reached out to me.I changed my rating to 4 stars as they have also offered me a replacement. I will update again once I get the replacement product.As of May 25th. I changed my rating to 5 stars because they shipped my free replacement product very quickly. I received it yesterday. Had it this morning and it was fresh and tasty and what I expected from a new box! Expiration date is 2026 like the one I bought from the store. Thank you Legendary!

HORRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL.I've had these bars from several stores since they came out and the previous quality had been inconsistent, but tolerable.The current quality is abysmal.The bars I just received have GREEN tinted frosting (See photo) and are smaller than they have ever been.They smell like they usually do and it's probably a food coloring issue, but I definitely won't be doing a taste test to see if they are fine.I'm extremely busy (I'm a nursing student w/ 2 jobs), so I sometimes rely on protein bars, drinks, etc. to get by when I'm low on time.When the bars are made properly, the flavor and texture are pretty good and they are filling enough until I can have an actual meal.Not quite as tasty as a pop tart, but better than many protein bars and doesn't melt in a hot car like most bars, so they can be kept on hand for later.I would give them 4 out of 5 stars for the correctly made bars, but the inconsistent quality makes me hesitant to ever purchase them again.

I was weary to spend almost $30 after tax but they were spectacularly delicious really more like a fudgy brownie then a Pop-Tart which is what I was thinking I was getting. I mean there are 10 in a box so when you break it down it is 1000% worth it. I will buy them again

Really good product, but very poor quality control. Some of the pastries have little to no frosting while others are considerably smaller than the rest. Taste is always on point though.The packaging is also really fragile and will be falling apart by the time it gets to your door.

Gluten free and taste really good. I love it has protein it is a perfect quick snack

Edit- This company's customer service is exemplary. I know that I'm not expected to change my review, but I will. Simply because I love their product and their customer service even more.It took 2.5 weeks to get to me, and the pastries don't look like the pictures. There's hardly any filling, mostly none. Also, most of them don't have ANY sprinkles on them. I used to get a lot of products from this company (from walmart.com, Amazon and brick and mortar stores. Not sure I will anymore.

I order these a lot they help with my sweet tooth and need to bulk up on protein as a woman in that certain age. They taste great, however the last 2 boxes I got were wonky, like only half frosted with melted sprinkles that gave the frosting a weird color. Still tasty, but quality is going down hill. No doubt due to high demand and need for faster turn around time. You guys are new, so I get it, but don't ruin quality trying to make a buck faster

They're so small now, and just look at the lack of quality in any capacity. What I got is off center Green frosting that looks and smells a bit off. I am not risking eating them. The sprinkles even turned dark there. I opened several that looked the same. Very disappointed for the price these are supposed to be. I'm going to see if Amazon will help at all..
